What counts as a request?
One
/v1/permits API call = 1 request. Pagination counts each page; exports have their own monthly quota separate from requests.What counts as an export?
One bulk export (CSV or Parquet) = 1 export, regardless of row count. Free includes 5,000 exports / month (up to 500/day); Pro is unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No prorated refunds on monthly plans; annual plans prorate the unused portion.
What if I exceed my quota?
Soft cap: the API returns
